Terms
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of endless (“we”, “us”), the service that drafts Google review replies for marketing agencies. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them. If you’re accepting on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Who can use endless
You must be at least 18 and using endless for a legitimate business purpose. You confirm that you have authority to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect — either as the owner or with explicit permission from the owner — and that you’ll comply with Google’s Business Profile policies and review-content guidelines.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and your contact details accurate. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by your team members and clients you grant access to. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Starter, Growth, and Agency plans include a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and nothing is billed.
- The charter plan ($49/month) is offered to the first five agencies. It does not include a free trial — your card is held on file at signup, and the first charge occurs when the beta opens to you. The 50% discount remains locked in for the lifetime of that uninterrupted subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial months. If something is clearly broken on our end, email us — we’ll make it right.
- We may change prices. We’ll give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice before any increase takes effect on their next renewal. Charter pricing is exempt as long as the original subscription stays active.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- generate or publish fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews or replies;
- impersonate a business you don’t represent;
- use endless to harass, defame, or threaten reviewers;
- resell or sublicense the service except as part of your own agency offering;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service;
- violate Google’s Business Profile policies or any applicable law.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Your content
You own the content you bring to endless — client business information, brand-voice samples, the replies you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. We don’t use it for anything else and we don’t use it to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
AI-generated drafts
endless drafts replies using AI. Drafts can be inaccurate, off-tone, or inappropriate for the context. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before approving or publishing it. If you enable auto-post rules (e.g. for 5-star, no-text reviews), you accept responsibility for what gets published under those rules. We provide tooling — your client’s public voice is your call.
Service availability
We work hard to keep endless available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Standard plans are not covered by a formal SLA. We may schedule maintenance, ship changes, or temporarily disable features for security or operational reasons.
Intellectual property
We own the endless software, brand, prompts, and underlying systems. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. You own your data and the replies you publish; you keep all rights to both.
Disclaimers
endless is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that AI drafts will be accurate, suitable, or compliant with any specific platform’s policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to endless is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of endless in breach of these terms, your violation of Google’s policies or applicable law, or claims that you lacked authority to manage a connected Google Business Profile.
Termination
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if continuing to provide the service would expose either of us to legal risk. On termination, your access ends and your workspace data is deleted within 30 days, subject to backup rotation. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that isn’t resolved informally is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use endless after that means you accept the updated terms.
